2. Accept and acknowledge that effort is needed
Weight loss does not take place suddenly while you are sleeping on your bed, doing nothing and dreaming about it. While it is true that some “miracle pills” that TV celebrities endorse over our channels do work wonders, there are a number of shortcomings in the overall performance of these products in attaining the ideal weight we want. First of all, those celebrities already have great figures isn’t it? Do you really believe that they achieved those nice curvaceous bodies by using the products? Yes for a few but most of the time, it is purely commercial gimmicks. Though reports have shown that some who consume products like Hoodia, etc have shown great improvements in their weight control, one burning question you should study is whether such results do last permanently or is just a passing fade. Finally, relying purely on pills may have associated side-effects and can be expensive. Remember, no pain, no gain. But what I will teach you are some ways to reduce the “pain”, and increase the “gain” when you reduce your weight.
3. Add fun into your weight loss plan
People dread weight loss because they see it as a task. How many people actually enjoy a tedious, and task that has no deadline? It is kind of scary to even think about that. Few people have succeeded in losing weight fast with a task-oriented thinking. But are you one of them? I know I am not. Everyone loves to have fun. Do you dread carrying those golf clubs and sets to play your favorite game of golf? Or simply hate standing under the hot sun, to sweat it out on a tennis game? Whenever exercise plan you are working on, try to inject some fun element into it, such as increasing the frequency of your favorite sports, etc. After a while, your mind will begin to associate weight loss with fun, and your body would naturally respond to it readily.
